What we collect

• Account details — name, email address, phone number, and (for providers) your organisation name.
• Landlord information — property details you list (address, photos, rent, compliance documents) and, where you choose to provide them, bank details for receiving rent.
• Provider information — your service type, the areas and property requirements you set, and offers you make.
• Activity data — offers, viewings, messages, contracts and other actions you take on the platform, plus basic sign-in and usage records.
• Communications — messages you send us or other users through the platform.

How and why we use it

• To provide the service — creating your account, matching landlords with providers, handling offers, viewings and contracts (legal basis: performance of a contract).
• To communicate with you — essential service messages by email, SMS and in-app about your offers, viewings, contracts and account (legal basis: contract / legitimate interests).
• To improve and secure the platform — troubleshooting, preventing abuse and understanding how the service is used (legal basis: legitimate interests).
• Marketing — occasional updates about features and offers, only where you have not opted out (legal basis: consent / legitimate interests). You can unsubscribe at any time in your account settings.

Who we share it with

When a landlord and provider engage on the platform, relevant details (such as a property listing, an offer, or contact details after mutual agreement) are shared between them to facilitate the deal. We also use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including our hosting and database provider, email and SMS delivery providers, and mapping/address lookup services. We require them to protect your data and only use it to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased in certain circumstances;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• data portability; and
• withdraw consent (e.g. to marketing) at any time.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and keep the platform secure. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. These analytics cookies are only set if you accept them via our cookie banner — you can decline, and declining does not affect your use of the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
